BBetKing Terms and Conditions – Official Platform Rules for All Members

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and BBetKing ("Platform", "We"). These Terms govern the use of all services, products, and content provided through the official website bbetking.net and the BBetKing mobile app.

By registering an account, making a deposit, using any platform feature, or simply browsing the bbetking website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our separate Privacy Policy.

Bbetking reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the BBetKing platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• At least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Not residing in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Register as an individual only — corporate accounts or business entities are not accepted.
• Only holding one active account at one time — opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

Bbetking reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) from any member at any time. This includes a copy of your ID, proof of address, and other relevant documents. The KYC process is an industry standard designed to protect the security of all platform members.

Any false or inaccurate information provided during registration or the KYC process may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

3 Account Management

Each member is fully responsible for their own account. This includes keeping your username and password confidential and ensuring no other party uses your account.

• Bbetking will never ask for your password via email, phone, or live chat under any circumstances.
• You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs through your account, including transactions made by any third party who gains access to it.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our customer support immediately.
• Balance transfers between different member accounts are prohibited.

Members may update their personal information through the account settings section. Changes to sensitive details such as name, phone number, or payment method may require additional verification before taking effect.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal

Bbetking supports a wide range of Malaysian local payment methods, including FPX, DuitNow, internet bank transfers, and digital wallets. All financial transactions are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption to ensure the security of your data.

• Minimum deposit is RM 30 for most payment methods.
• Minimum withdrawal is RM 50 and processed within 5–15 minutes for fully verified accounts.
• Withdrawals are only permitted to a bank account or payment method registered in the same member's name.
• Bbetking charges no withdrawal fees — however, your bank may apply its own charges.
• All withdrawals are subject to standard anti-money laundering (AML) compliance checks.

For withdrawals involving large amounts or accounts that have not fully completed the KYC process, bbetking reserves the right to request additional supporting documents before approving the withdrawal. This is a standard protection measure for all parties.

5 Bonus & Promotions

Bbetking offers a variety of bonuses to new and existing members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) as specifically stated in each promotional offer.

• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — members must first fulfil the stipulated wagering requirements.
• Wagering requirements are typically between 5x and 20x depending on the type of bonus received.
• Bonuses are only valid for use within the specified time period. Expired bonuses will be automatically forfeited.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per member unless otherwise stated.
• Bbetking reserves the right to void any bonus obtained through conduct deemed to be abusing the promotions system.
• Arbitrage betting or the use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses is prohibited and may result in account termination.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the bbetking platform are final once confirmed by the system. Members are responsible for ensuring all bet details are correct before confirming any bet.

• Bbetking reserves the right to void any bet placed based on odds that were incorrectly displayed due to a technical error.
• In the event of a dispute, the official ruling of the sports body or event organiser is final.
• Bets placed on events that have already started (except designated live betting) may be automatically rejected by the system.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits vary by market and sport type — current limits are displayed on the betting interface.
• Bbetking reserves the right to limit the betting limits of any member at our sole discretion without providing a reason.

For live betting, odds change in real time. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled by members. Make sure you are satisfied with your selection before confirming.

7 Member Conduct

Bbetking members are expected to conduct themselves responsibly and respectfully. The following are strictly prohibited on our platform:

• Fraud, falsification of information, or any form of illegal activity.
• Use of automated software, bots, or third-party tools to exploit the platform.
• Collusion between members to manipulate betting outcomes, including match fixing.
• Abusive language, threats, or harassment directed at support staff or other members.
• Any attempt to hack, breach, or interfere with the platform's security systems.
• Money laundering or use of the platform for any unlawful financial activity.

Bbetking continuously monitors platform activity. Any breach of these rules will result in immediate action, including account suspension, balance freezing, and reporting to relevant authorities where necessary.

8 Liability Limits

Bbetking provides this platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no guarantees regarding continuous availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, bbetking is not liable for:

• Financial losses arising from bets placed on the platform.
• Service disruptions due to system maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to a member's account due to the member's own negligence.
• Delays or failures by third parties such as banks or payment processors in processing transactions.

BBetKing's total liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days prior to the claim.

9 Privacy Policy & Data Protection

Bbetking collects and processes members' personal data in accordance with our separate Privacy Policy. By using this platform, you consent to the collection and processing of such data for platform operations, identity verification, and regulatory compliance.

• Your personal information will not be sold or shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
• Bbetking uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your browser and our servers.
• You have the right to request access to your personal data or request its deletion by contacting our support team.

10 Account Termination & Suspension

Members may close their own account at any time by contacting the bbetking customer support team. Any remaining balance will be returned once all relevant conditions are met and identity verification is complete.

Bbetking reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account immediately and without prior notice in the following cases:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraud, identity falsification, or any suspected or confirmed illegal activity.
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the specified timeframe.
• Requests from relevant law enforcement authorities or regulatory bodies.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months.

In the event of termination due to a terms violation, bbetking reserves the right to hold the account balance while an investigation is conducted. bbetking's decision in this matter is final.

11 Responsible Gaming

• Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings.

12 Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where BBetKing holds its operating license. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through the following process:

• Step 1: Contact the bbetking customer support team directly via live chat or email to resolve issues by mutual agreement.
• Step 2: If unresolved within 14 working days, the dispute will be referred to an independent mediator appointed by bbetking.
• Step 3: If mediation fails, the dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable international arbitration rules.

Arbitration decisions are final and binding on both parties. No legal action may be taken before this internal dispute resolution process has been fully completed.
